Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) is a new statutory requirement introduced by the government. STAIRs gives you easier access to information about your home, your landlord and the services we provide.
It gives people living in social housing the right to access information about how their homes and services are managed, with the aim of creating better understanding and more transparency. We've put all this information on this page to help you find what you are looking for.
