Housing, Incomes and Involvement team colleagues have been hard at work contacting more than 1,000 of our customers aged over 70 or living in one of our older people’s schemes. This supports the work also being done by local authorities such as the Plymouth City Council volunteers team calling all their residents on the vulnerable register.
12 months ago the Westward Housing Group started implementing a programme of change to the way in which we provide our services, how our staff work and how the business can be more efficient and effective. At the heart of the programme is how we use technology to enable us to provide better choice and access to services. This programme is called, e-volve.
