To be eligible for Shared Ownership, you have to be:
Over the age of 18
Not currently own your property
And
Not earn more than £80000 (Total Household Income)
Meet the S106 Local Connection requirements (Where applicable)
You are required to occupy the property as your sole and principal home until it is sold

Please note there is a S106 local connection requirement on this property:
Having a local connection in this instance is defined as the Parishes of Bude-Stratton, Marhamchurch, Launcells, Kilkhampton, Poundstock, Morwenstow, Whitstone, Week St Mary, Jacobstow or St Genny’s.
a. have immediately prior to acquisition or occupation been continuously resident for 5 years in the said parish; or Having previously lived in the said Parish for 5 or more years up to the age of 16; or
b. must have lived in the said parish for 5 years or more prior to being accepted as homeless under sections 193 and 197 housing act 1996 and placed in any form of temporary accommodation outside of the said parish for a period of not more than 2 years: or
c. have for 5 years prior to such acquisition or occupation been in continuous full or part time employment (excluding seasonal employment) in the said parish or have accepted an unconditional offer of employment in the said parish; or
d. demonstrate a Family Connection to the said parish and for the purpose of this sub clause a person shall be deemed to have a family connection to a parish where that the persons mother father son or daughter has immediately prior to such acquisition or occupation been continuously resident in the said parish for a period of 5 years
