Prospective tenants must be registered on Devon Home Choice or Cornwall Homechoice. The properties are advertised on the Homechoice websites and prospective tenants can bid for any of the properties depending on the criteria of the property advertised and their needs.
We are a signatory to the Plymouth City Council Charter for Older People.
We also offer properties for older people which are available to purchase, either leasehold or freehold, at six attractive schemes across Devon and Cornwall. Waterleat Court is a small scheme with 16 flats split into four blocks, each with four flats. Waterleat benefits from its own private car park for the use of residents, located at the front of the property.
The Court is also on the local bus route which allows easy access to the whole of the Torbay area.

The 26 flats are suitable for one or two persons and are surrounded by beautiful gardens which are maintained by gardeners, with some assistance from residents. The site benefits from its own car park, a lift to all floors, a large communal lounge with kitchen area, a laundry and guest room.
It is in the centre of the community with good transport links provided by a regular bus service into Torquay and neighbouring areas. There is a very active social community within the Court who organise a range of events including coffee mornings, bingo, BBQs, fundraising sales and coach trips.
