Home ownership for older people

Home ownership for older people
Properties for older people are available to purchase, either leasehold or freehold, at six attractive schemes across Devon and Cornwall. These are specifically for people over 60 years of age, with the exception of Jurys Corner in Newton Abbot which is for 58+.

These retirement schemes take much of the stress out of home ownership and provide services such as maintaining, repairing and improving the communal areas of the buildings and grounds.  All of our retirement housing sites have scheme managers and provide the highest quality management service at a realistic cost to owners.

We have two leasehold schemes for older people in Cornwall. Properties here can be purchased at 30% discount of market value and resold at 30% discount of market value.
