How we work
We aim to meet with you regularly after you have moved in and check that you have settled in well. We aim to support you to meet your goals while staying with us. We have an open office if you need to come to us with any queries you have about anything to do with managing your tenancy such as welfare benefits, rent, move-on and maintenance. We may also attend reviews with your
external support workers if necessary or refer you to other services if you need more support than we can offer.
Our Housing Plus service in Exeter offers support in a shared environment from our experienced housing plus support team, who will support you to:
