What is a leasehold scheme for the elderly?

Molesworth Court provides a sheltered accommodation for elderly retired people on a 60 year lease. The purchase price is 70% of the market value assessed by an independent RICS Valuer. For example, if a property was valued at £150,000, the purchase price would be £105,000.

We are situated just to the back of the town centre. It's perfect as you feel hidden away in a secluded spot but are just a two minute walk from the centre. Lots of local independent retailers sell clothing and gifts, whilst restaurants, cafes, bars and coffee shops await you. There is a local Co-op and Lidl supermarkets, with a Tesco, Aldi and B&M just a 3 minute drive from the development.

The River Camel runs through Wadebridge, making it an attractive town which is great for fishing, walking, cycling or watching the world go by. Padstow and Bodmin are each just 6 miles away.

The Royal Cornwall showground is a three minute drive away and has events on all year round from dog shows and craft fayres, to point to point racing and the famous Royal Cornwall Show. There is a variety of different churches.
