When you sign up to Our Voice using the form below, you’ll receive an email to tell you when a new activity is available, and you can choose to participate or not. Normally there are one or two surveys sent to your inbox a month.
From the comfort of your own home you can complete surveys, review policies and give feedback on new services.
We reviewed our Neighbourhood Policy in 2024, and now we’re getting ready for the next stage.
We are asking customers to complete a short survey telling us how satisfied you are with your neighbourhood and what could be done to improve where you live and what you feel we should be focussing on.
In June and July, we’ll also be visiting estates and schemes speaking directly with customers to gather your thoughts on the policy - what’s working well, where we can improve and any ideas or concerns, you’d like to raise. This is your opportunity to share your experiences and help shape how we care for your neighbourhood.
Together, we can build stronger, more inclusive, and vibrant communities.
Our updated policy will set out clearly how both we and our customers will look after our schemes.
As a thank you for taking part in Our Voice, you will be entered into a prize draw every month to win a £25 LoveToShop voucher. You don't even have to complete a survey to be in the draw.

We last reviewed the Customer Service Standards in 2020 during Covid. Lots of things have changed since then and we would like customers to tell us if the current standards are still relevant and appropriate.
If you’d like to start a resident group, we can help to recruit and get the ball rolling and make sure the right terms of reference and governance are in place.
We’ll work to understand any problems and play our part in identifying solutions.
