Accommodation with Intensive Housing Management Service for Older People (55 +)

We provide self-contained accommodation in a variety of flats, in a building of three floors with a lift in Crediton.

Staff at Orchard Court are: housing worker two days per week (10am – 3.30pm) and service manager by phone Mondays to Fridays 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. Plus a 24-hour emergency out-of-hours repairs service.

Our aim is to:

  • Provide advice and guidance in maintaining your home, to report repairs & maintenance issues to Westward Housing, as needed.
  • Provide advice and guidance regarding rent payments, liaison with community support services, health services, local councils, benefits agencies etc.
  • Oversee communal facilities for residents, e.g., laundry facilities, communal lounge, refuse and re-cycling areas, communal grounds.

To live here you will need:

  • To be 55+ years of age.
