Work has begun on a new approach to customer engagement which will put the customer voice at the forefront of housing services at Westward.
In the new year we will be launching a new area, where you can enter competitions, complete polls and survey's and tell us what really matters to you!
We think it’s important that you shape the services you receive from us. By using this page we are hoping you will share with us feedback on how you are feeling, how you think we are doing and so much more!
So to start things off, we’d like to know what you want the page to be called. Staff have come up with some suggestions and we'd like you to decide on the new name for your page.
