Latest news from the customer scrutiny group

The southwest is a great place to be in the summer, although not so great for travelling if you live here! We are surrounded by beaches, moors, and other wonderful places to visit.

The customer scrutiny group is making the most of our beautiful landscapes and taking a well-earned break during August. We’ll be using that time to take stock of the work we have done in the last 12 months prior to our meeting with Westward Board in September.

At a planning meeting in July, we agreed on our work for the next six months. 

We will be revisiting our repairs communication recommendations to see if they are beginning to take shape. But we need help with this.

We need customers to tell us if reporting repairs has become simpler. What has worked well, what hasn’t been as easy as it should be. Let us know by filling out the form on this page.

In October we will be starting a damp and mould review, the processes for dealing with it and the customer experience too. We want customers who have experienced this in the last 12 months to talk to us about what happened and how things can be improved.

Each review takes at least three months, so we will be looking at what customers are telling IFF Research when they call to gauge what matters most to you.

Of course, we couldn’t take a break without mentioning our very own Janine Allen who was one of the six finalists for Tenant of the Year 2023. The trip to Manchester was eventful to say the least. Well done Janine! Read more about the event here.
