Have a question about benefits?
If you're considering applying for a benefit, it's important to know that you do not have to pay for help with your application.
At Westward, our financial inclusion officers are here to support you. We can answer your questions, help you understand what benefits you may be entitled to, explain the claims process and signpost you to additional support where needed. Fill out the form here and we will be in touch.
We recently became aware of a customer who paid £250 for help with an attendance allowance claim. We want to make sure all our customers know that free help is available.
If you need support with an application for attendance allowance, personal independence payment, disability living allowance for children, universal credit, or any other benefit, please get in touch. There are also a range of trusted national and local organisations that can provide free advice and assistance.
If you have a specific health condition or disability, your GP, healthcare professional, school, or local support services may also be able to help you access the right support.
