Accommodation with Intensive Housing Management Service for Older People (55 +)

We provide self-contained accommodation in a variety of flats, bungalows & houses at our housing scheme in the village of Uffculme in Mid Devon.

Staff at Markers are: a service manager and housing worker

Hours are: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm plus a 24-hour emergency out-of-hours repairs service.

Our aim is to:

  • Provide advice and guidance in maintaining your home, to report repairs & maintenance issues to Westward Housing, as needed
  • Provide advice and guidance regarding rent payment, liaison with community support services, health services, local councils, benefits agencies etc
  • Oversee communal facilities for residents, e.g., laundry facilities, communal lounge, refuse and re-cycling areas, communal grounds

To live here you will need:

  • To be 55+ years of age
  • Have a local connection to the area
