Investing in your home

Investing in your home

We are working to invest more than ever to make sure your home is safe, sustainable and affordable to run.

Objective 2

Objective 2: Affordable quality homes

Sustainability

You’ve told us that having an energy-efficient home matters as it helps lower your bills and makes your home more comfortable.

Our journey to having every one of our homes with an energy performance certificate (EPC) of C or above by 2030 starts with our existing homes and we are on track to meet the target.

The new homes we’re providing are designed to be energy-efficient from day one.

Every new home had energy efficiency measures such as solar panels (100%) or air source heat pumps (32%) to heat and power them more sustainably.
