Dragon’s Tail is an accommodation-based Housing Plus service for clients with physical or sensory disability compromising of 8 self-contained flats.
Our Housing Plus service offers support from our experienced housing plus support team, who will support you to:
- Manage your finances, benefits and bills
- Access a range of services and agencies
- Link with employment, training, voluntary work or other meaningful occupation
- Set up and look after your home
- Maintain your tenancy and prevent the loss of your home
- Find and move on to more independent accommodation
- Keep yourself safe and secure
- Maintain good neighbourly relations
- Access social / cultural activities
The service e aims to offer a safe and stable environment.
And most important of all... live a full and active life in the local community.
Accommodation
There are eight self-contained flats which are suitable for use for people who use wheelchairs.
Accommodation is offered at an affordable rate, and we are happy to accept housing benefit. Outgoings will include rent and utility bills.
Basic furniture is provided.
