Tenant satisfaction measures review

Since April 2023 social housing landlords must collect tenant satisfaction measures (TSM) responses from their customers. The group wanted to know how and when people were contacted, how the process would be monitored and how Westward would ensure that all tenancy types and neighbourhoods would be covered.

Finally, we wanted to know how Westward would evidence that they are listening and responding to what they were hearing.
