The customer scrutiny group comprises customers from all backgrounds who give up their time to review, scrutinise and monitor our customer-facing services. They identify which services to scrutinise and where they can suggest improvements.

The review the group is currently working on is all about the customer voice and how it is heard at Westward. To do this we will be interviewing colleagues from every department and at every level.
We want to know how much influence it has over decision making and what opportunities there are for customers to get involved.
