Board and executive team
Our governance structure includes a board of non-executive and executive board members. The board provides leadership, direction, support and challenge. Our executive team is responsible for delivering services.
We also have an Audit and Assurance Committee which operates on these terms of reference and a Remuneration and Membership Committee which operates on these terms of reference.
Customers sit on our scrutiny group to review our services in line with our commitment to co-regulation.

Will Patterson, Board Member
Will has spent 35 years working in the corporate finance and risk sector with a focus on regulatory compliance. His experience ranges from senior roles with large 'blue chip' companies to co-managing highly innovative social investment funds making a material on homelessness.
Will believes that social housing has a key role to play in ensuring that the local property market provides accessible homes for as many people as possible.
Will is particularly interested in building technology and innovation as a means of increasing the supply of new homes and ensuring that existing homes are comfortable and efficient.
In his spare time, Will is a beekeeper, keen gardener, walker and wildlife enthusiast.
