Board and executive team
Our governance structure includes a board of non-executive and executive board members. The board provides leadership, direction, support and challenge. Our executive team is responsible for delivering services. You can see our organisation's governance and committee structure chart at the bottom of this page.
We also have an Audit and Assurance Committee which operates on these terms of reference and a People and Culture Committee which operates on these terms of reference.
Compliance with consumer standards
We have joint leads for this responsibility:
- Chief Investment Officer focuses on the safety and quality standard
- Chief Customer and Communities Officer focuses on transparency, influence and accountability, tenancy, and neighbourhood and community.
Customers sit on our scrutiny group to review our services in line with our commitment to co-regulation.

Jane Alderman
Jane has extensive experience over more than 20 years in managing large development programmes in the affordable and market sectors, with professional expertise in property development, social housing and regeneration.
Jane is currently a senior housing consultant in the social housing sector, providing advice on strategy, policy and governance.
She has extensive experience as a non-executive director in a number of organisations and is currently a member of the Group Board at Abri, where she Chair's the Investment Committee.
Jane is passionately committed to the importance and fundamental right for everyone to have a safe and affordable home to live in, she has a strong belief in the positive role that social housing can play in promoting equality, wellbeing and contributing to building resilient communities.
