Doug Stein, Board Member
Doug is a supply chain and asset management professional with experience across business sectors including retail, pharmaceuticals, banking, telecommunications and housing. He has extensive experience of capturing and utilising information to support business decision making, and transforming organisations to make sustained improvements which enhance the customer and colleague experience.
Doug first joined the housing sector at Family Mosaic, leading the group asset management function. Subsequently he led group asset management and various central services at Devon & Cornwall Housing (DCH).
As part of the partnership between DCH and West Devon Homes (WDH) Doug was also the Chief Executive Officer of WDH and led it through the amalgamation with DCH. Doug then led asset management operations at Livewest and in 2019 established his own specialist consultancy.
Doug has a passion for the sea and as surfer, sailor and gig rower is proud to be a volunteer crew member at the St Agnes RNLI station, supporting the mission of saving lives at sea.
