Powderham Road in Newton Abbot is easy walking distance to shops including Asda. There are three GP surgeries and great transport links. The house has four bedrooms. One on the ground floor with easy access to the communal kitchen, toilet/shower room and living room. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor where there is a communal bathroom and separate toilet. There is a large back garden, with seating area and summer house accessible by steps and a sloping drive at the side of the house. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer on the lower ground floor.

Luscombe Terrace in Dawlish is in easy walking distance to the town and railway station and there is a regular bus service. It has one bedroom on the ground floor and two on the first floor. There is a communal kitchen and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom and separate toilet are on the first floor. There is a small garden with patio area at the rear of the property.
