What is a stock condition survey and why is it important for your home?
A stock condition survey is a visual check of your home, both inside and out. It helps us understand the condition of key parts of your property like roofs, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, and insulation. The survey usually takes around an hour and is carried out by one of our surveyors.
Why do we do these surveys? The information from the survey helps us plan and budget for repairs and improvements needed in the future ensuring your home stays safe, comfortable and well maintained.
