Westward wins award for customer satisfaction
We are thrilled to announce that Westward won the highest scoring scheme for customer satisfaction from the SW Residents Design Conference for our homes at Pridham Place in Bideford.
Congratulations to Samantha Novak of our development team and NG Homes on winning this award and recognition. It's a great scheme of amazing homes which are much loved by our customers. This was an award for all those who helped bring the scheme to fruition in our development, lettings and housing teams.
Sam negotiated top quality kitchens, fixtures, fittings, carpets and additional parking for this tenure-blind scheme, so both rented and shared ownership homes benefited. It was also included the first four-bed shared ownership homes for Westward. The income from sales enabled us to help a family escaping domestic abuse to relocate.
With typical modesty, Sam said, "It was a team effort, right until the end, it was a pleasure working with you all on this scheme."
