Westward Housing awarded the highest grade from the Regulator of Social Housing
The Regulator of Social Housing (ROSH) released their regulatory judgements for a variety of housing associations today. You can see the published list here.
Every few years ROSH will instruct one of their teams to conduct an in-depth assessment where they research our processes, policies, documentation and website for our services. They also observe board and committee meetings, interview some board members, the executive team and directors. The assessment is in a lot of detail and focused on our strategic direction, value for money approach, organisation structure and dynamics risk management, financial stress testing, governance, and financial resilience.
We underwent out in-depth assessment earlier this year and we are proud to be re-awarded the highest grading of governance and financial standards (G1 V1). You can see the results here.
