The site was built from customer and staff workshops to identify preferences and work out the likely journeys that customers make through our website in order to provide quick and clear information and engagement opportunities.

It has been 10 years since the website design had been completely overhauled, so it was in need of modernisation.

Customers said they wanted a simplified user experience so that they could find what they needed quickly and easily. Simplified headings of Your Home, Your Tenancy and Your Voice were chosen.

Whilst the focus is on our current customers, the website also has other audiences. The website is Westward’s spotlight, the “go to” place to find out everything about Westward for potential residents, home buyers, employees and business stakeholders. Customers can easily find out what’s going on and feel more engaged with latest changes at a glance, as well as having access to all your work requests and services through your MyAccount.
