We are ready to hit the ground running...again

An update from our customer scruitny group.
When we started planning our work for the next 12 months, we agreed to take a break in July to recharge our batteries. We couldn’t have picked a better time with the heatwave that hit the country!
August is now here and we are beginning our next review which is ‘What support is in place for customers impacted by the financial living crisis'. We put a survey on social media asking customers about their experience of this and were impressed with the number of customers who responded.
Heating and food appear to be the areas that are most affecting customers and we will be looking at what Westward have in place to support customers during this really difficult time.
Quite a few people have said they would be happy for the group to ‘interview’ them about this. If you are intrested in taking part in this and sharing your thoughts and opinions with us, you don’t need to have completed the survey. Contact haveyoursay@westwardhousing.org.uk and we will be in touch.
You may remember that last year the group looked at grounds maintenance when all our recommendations were accepted. One of these was that Westward would involve customers in future tenders. We need your thoughts on the grounds maintenance specification so the future service takes into account your priorities.
