You can use our video call system, 'ResponsEye', to show and talk us through your repairs needs.
It will allow us to see and understand what needs fixing and book the repair job for you without needing to arrange a pre-visit to your home.
This can be done when you contact us to report a repair, or at a later date with a surveyor. Find out more by watching this short film.
