The Regulator of Social Housing needs your help

The Regulator of Social Housing is changing how they do things. They want to know what social housing customers want and what matters to you.
They have launched a 12-week consultation on proposals to introduce Tenant Satisfaction Measures. Tenant satisfaction measures will be part of the package of changes to consumer regulation set out in the Social Housing White Paper. They have set out their initial thinking about how they will put in place changes to consumer regulations in their document: Reshaping consumer regulation.
They would like your help by asking you to respond to their consultaion. If you would like to be involved, click here to fill out their survey.
They are keen to receive views from registered providers, tenants and anyone with an interest in social housing.
The full details of the consultation can be found on their website here.
