Texting and calling ahead when you book a repair

You will receive a text acknowledgement when you book the repair and a reminder 24 hours ahead of the appointment.
Please make sure we have your correct mobile number so that if you have a repairs appointment with Westward Property Services (WPS) – north Devon and north Cornwall areas - then the trades person can call you on the day to check that you are in.
This is in response to feedback from our customers that this would be a helpful service improvement.
When we call, ‘Westward Housing’ will show on most mobiles.
We’ll also carry out a Covid-clear check at point of booking and on your doorstep.
