Tender opportunity!
We have a range of opportunities for contractors in building, mechanical, electrical, maintenance and related trades to tender for planned maintenance contracts.
Successful framework contractors will carry out minor works and maintenance to Westward properties, as and when required, on a call-of basis, either by direct award, or via mini-competition.
It’s a big contract, but no provider is too small and we welcome tender submission from SMEs and micro companies. It is completely free to register on the contract portal and there is no minimum turnover requirement.
Westward is primarily interested in the quality of your work, that you are fully qualified and hold the right certification to carry out the work.
