Apology for some repairs delays
They are working very hard to provide a repairs service which is timely and to the right standard.
We are really sorry if you are experiencing delays on a repair job, however all of our contractors are experiencing difficulties with staffing availability, Covid self-isolation and material shortages.
We understand the frustrations this may cause, please bear with us as we work with our contractors to get repairs work completed and focus our efforts on keeping you updated as to when these repairs are planned for delivery.
We hope to be able to return to a more timely service as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
