Safe and secure ways to pay

1. More secure payments with TouchTone
You can now pay Westward on an auto payment system making it more secure, quicker and easier. It’s there 24/7 as it doesn’t require a staff member to handle the call.
Just call us on 0300 100 1010, then when prompted, press 1 to be transferred to the auto payment system.
On the keypad enter:
- Your 10 digit reference (tenancy for those renting) number
- The amount you want to pay
- Your card details
Any mistake can be corrected at each stage.
Your 10 digit reference (tenancy for those renting) number is in your MyAccount, or on any recent Westward letter, otherwise please ask our Customer Hub.
2. CallSecure DigitalPlus
If you call our Customer Enabling Hub to make a payment, the advisor will now send you a link by email or text. This means you don’t tell them your bank details, but make your payment securely and safely. All you need is internet access on a mobile, tablet or laptop.
Your email will come from CallSecure DigitalPlus but will display the Westward logo and mention Westward in the subject line.
The email will contain your name, email address, your tenancy reference number, the amount and what you say the payment is for as well as the payment link. The link takes you to a web page that will look familiar as it is like the Westward website. It will have the usual padlock up in the top line by the website address so you know it’s secure to use.
There you enter your card details on a pre-populated form which tells you your name, the amount you wish to pay and the reason you are making the payment e.g. rent. Then you click to authorise the payment. If you want you can stay on the line with the advisor in case you have any questions.
If you are on a smartphone and prefer to receive all this by text then that is also possible in the same way and the text comes from CSDPlus.
