Westward Housing Group is set to develop 450 new homes across Devon and Cornwall in the next five years following a £20m investment from NatWest.

Working with Gilbert and Goode in a first time partnership, six new Westward homes have been provided this spring at Merton in Devon. 

Westward is delighted to have secured funding for 2024-25 which will save its Alexandra House support service in Exmouth, as well as wider homelessness prevention by other providers in Devon.

We are closed for Easter from when we close for business at 5pm on Thursday 28 March until we re-open at 9am on Tuesday 2 April 2024.

Westward is seeking a new chief executive... I have been at Westward for more than ten years, and I can honestly say that during this time the landscape of social housing has changed significantly especially over the last five years with the challenges of covid and the cost-of-living crisis
