Notice for anyone who made a direct debit payment on 1st November 2022.

We are sorry that there is a discrepancy in how this payment is currently showing on your rent statement. It will show as having been paid to us multiple times rather than just one.

We can reassure you that this is just an error and did not happen. It was only paid to us once.
This means that at the moment your rent account may have an incorrect balance on it.
We are working hard to resolve this issue as soon as we can and apologise for any inconvenience.
