New mental health services facility in Torbay
Following a successful tender application and interview process, Westward has now been given the green light to deliver services for mental health customers in Torbay, in addition to the Young Parents’ Service we also deliver there.
This exciting news means that we have been accepted on to the Supported Living Framework for Torbay and, as a result, Westward will shortly start delivering services from Steepway, in Paignton, which is a mixture of shared and self-contained accommodation.
Westward CEO, Barbara Shaw said: “We are delighted that we are now on Torbay’s framework and have ratified our approach to mental health services in Torbay with a brand new service at Steepway.”
