Grounds Maintenance (gardening) review

Our new Customer Scrutiny Panel was set up in Spring 2021 to work in partnership with Westward to challenge, scrutinise and design how our services are delivered.

We have started our first review on Grounds Maintenance. 

The survey stage has now closed and we would like to thank everyone who took the time to respond.

The results will now go to the Scrutiny Group for inclusion in their final report. 

The report is due to go to the board in December 2021 alongside recommendations to improve the service.

The approved report with recommendations will be available to read online early in the New Year.
