Anti-social Behaviour Awareness Week | Shape policy

This week is Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Awareness Week. It is a way to highlight the impact of ASB on victims and communities. We work together with the police and other agencies to try to tackle it.
It is crucial for customers to be able to report ASB easily. We have a dedicated webpage and toolkit that outlines what constitutes ASB and how we can work with you and agencies to address it. You can find this page here.
On this page we also have a form which is dedicated to reporting ASB and makes sure your concerns are directed to the appropriate team.
As ASB Awareness Week organiser Resolve remind us - do always report ASB. If anyone is in danger, you should always call the police.
Have your say
Your insights are essential in shaping how we tackle ASB. We are currently running a survey to get feedback from customers on their experiences and perceptions of ASB within our communities. The information collected through this survey will influence our updated ASB policy.
So, please take a few moments and complete this survey.

By working together, we hope to make our communities safer for all our customers.
