We reviewed our Neighbourhood Policy in 2024, and now we’re getting ready for the next stage.

In the coming year, we’ll be visiting estates and speaking directly with customers to gather your thoughts on the policy - what’s working well, where we can improve and any ideas or concerns you’d like to raise. This is your opportunity to share your experiences and help shape how we care for your neighbourhood.
