Homeowners group

We are working in partnership with TPAS to help us understand more about our existing homeowner’s experiences and how we can improve our service to you.

We held a focus group in September 2023, where it was agreed that there would be quarterly meetings when homeowners could meet with Westward colleagues to discuss the main topics that affect you.

The sessions will be held online (on Microsoft Teams) from 6.30pm – 7.30pm to enable as many people to be involved as possible.
