Click here for Newsletters and GuidesThe communications group is a group of customers who work with the communications team at Westward to make sure that the quarterly Moor to Sea customer newsletter is relevant, interesting and helpful.

All customers receive this newsletter online if we hold an email address for them. We also provide printed copies for anyone who asks as some prefer having a hard copy to look through and others may not be online. 

Members engage digitally to provide views and input on the articles in each edition, check it is clear and easy to understand, that content is practical and useful and review imagery to ensure it is diverse and relevant. They also then proofread and provide feedback on relevance and how current it is. We thank members with a £10 voucher when we receive responses to our emails and we are always seeking new and diverse members to join this group. We also consult group members to seek similar input when we produce or review guides such as the cost of living brochure and customer handbook leaflets such as the complaints brochure. Finally, we welcome engagement from customers when carrying out website reviews. 

All customers are surveyed bi-annually with our customer communications survey where they have a wider opportunity to feedback.
