Board and executive team
Our governance structure includes a board of non-executive and executive board members. The board provides leadership, direction, support and challenge. Our executive team is responsible for delivering services.
We also have an Audit and Assurance Committee which operates on these terms of reference and a Remuneration and Membership Committee which operates on these terms of reference.
Customers sit on our scrutiny group to review our services in line with our commitment to co-regulation.

Graham Clarke, Board Member
Graham has been Finance Director of Cornwall Hospice Care since September 2016. In this role he has responsibility for all the non-clinical activities of the charity. Prior to that he spent five years at the Financial Reporting Council in London as their Finance Director.
In his earlier career Graham worked for Group 4 Security, Kraft Foods and Xansa plc in various finance roles in the UK and Australia. He was CFO of GS1 UK between 2004 and 2011.
Graham is a Chartered Management Accountant and was a Board Member of Magna Housing Association from 2016 to
2022. He is married with two grown up boys and relocated to Devon in 2022 to enjoy the fabulous quality of life on offer here.
