Our board and executive team
Our governance structure includes a board of non-executive and executive board members. The board provides leadership, direction, support and challenge. Our executive team is responsible for delivering services. You can see our organisation's governance and committee structure chart at the bottom of this page.
We also have an Audit and Assurance Committee which operates on these terms of reference and a People and Culture Committee which operates on these terms of reference.

Suzanne is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, whose human resource and change management experience covers a range of business sectors including IT, pharmaceuticals, education and manufacturing both nationally and internally. Suzanne works to ensure that business transformations and improvements are implemented through engagement and consultation with individuals at all levels in an organisation.
Suzanne has a keen interest in the local community in the south west and understands that a safe and secure home is one of the cornerstones for individuals to develop to their full potential in life.
Suzanne has held several trustee roles, including most recently for North Devon Homes and is also a volunteer community mediator. Suzanne is excited to have the opportunity to use her professional and life skills for the benefit of Westward Housing and customers.
Suzanne lives in North Devon and enjoys her hobbies of cycling, marathon walking and gardening.
