Refurbishing Belmont House
We will be refurbishing the outside of Belmont House in Exeter during 2026.
This work will include:
- Flat roof covering replacement
- Windows and balcony door replacements
- Fire safety work
- Insultation upgrades to the wall and roof
- External repairs, where needed
- Internal communal decoration
- Scheme-wide extraction fan installation, where needed
- Balcony refurbishment

We have prepared images of the proposed work at Belmont House for the planning application, which is necessary due to the extent of the work and central location. You can see these below.
