Video call using ResponsEye

You can use our video call system, 'ResponsEye', to show and talk us through your repairs needs

It will allow us to see and understand what needs fixing and book the repair job for you without needing to arrange a pre-visit to your home

This can be done when you contact us to report a repair, or at a later date with a surveyor

So how does it work?

• We don't need to do it right away, we can agree and book a convenient time
• All you do is click on a link in a text message or an email - your choice
• You don't need to know how to turn your camera on or be a movie director
• You do not need to be on camera, we just want to see the repair job
• A professional surveyor will discuss the possible work with you
