The Local Connection criteria is to Looe Parish

· Living permanently in the area for at least 3 continuous years right before being offered the affordable home.

· Previously lived permanently in the area for at least 5 continuous years.

· Working permanently (not seasonally) in the area for at least 3 continuous years before the offer.

· Having a close family member (like a parent, child, sibling) who meets the current residency criterion, but the required duration is 5 years instead of 3.
