Prioritising your repairs
We know that repairs is the service which matters most to you.
To address a 12% increase in repair requests on last year (roughly 50 more per week) we are focusing on these.
Heightened awareness of issues such as damp and mould are part of this, but repairs are rising in general.
This means we are seeing longer timeframes on less urgent repair work such as fencing and walls.
Any emergency and safety issues will come first.
