Latest news from the customer scrutiny group

Another busy few months for us as we have been looking at damp and mould reporting and processes at Westward and talking to customers about their experiences. Our report will be ready soon.

Once we have completed this, we will be taking time to look back our previous reports and reviewing how our recommendations have been put into action at Westward.

We want to hear from you about your experiences with

  • Grounds maintenance
  • Communication with the repairs team
  • Financial living crisis (how can Westward support you?)
  • Moving into an empty home

We finally got together for our winter catch up!  We normally only see each other online but take the time once a year to catch up over some lovely food. We met at Ocean View, Plymouth. Not the one pictured as we were having such a good time we forgot to update our annual photo!

We're looking for new members for our Customer Scrutiny Group to help us improve our services and the customer experience.

Sessions are held early evening, online.

The next session of 2024 will be 28th February, with the team reporting their recommendations on damp and mould to the repairs team.
