External home maintenance
We aim to undertake external maintenance to your home every 7 years.
These works may include:
- External painting
- Maintenance of guttering & fascias
- Repairs to cracks
- Fencing repairs & maintenance
- Painting of internal communal areas (where applicable)
Other Improvements that we carry out include:
- Replacement windows
- Replacement doors
- Roofing replacements
