We aim to undertake external maintenance to your home every 7 years.

These works may include:

• External painting
• Maintenance of guttering & fascias
• Repairs to cracks
• Fencing repairs & maintenance
• Painting of internal communal areas (where applicable)

Other Improvements that we carry out include:

• Replacement windows
• Replacement doors
• Roofing replacements
