You can report routine repairs in the following ways:
- Log in to My Account (you can set one up by following this link) and use the repairs logging form there. Then once we have those details we will be in touch to confirm an appointment.
- Call the Customer Hub on 0300 100 1010 in office hours from Monday to Friday.
- Text 07990 536536 (include the word ‘repair’, your name, address and a very brief description of the issue.
