Hub saves time
In January our Hub received 9,623 calls and 2,725 emails, and dealt with 90% of these during the call, without needing to transfer the call to someone else to deal with.
Our busiest days are Mondays, which are around 30% higher than other days.
We are also busier in the morning between 9am and 10am each day, and again between 2pm and 3pm. If you are able to call us outside of these times you will find it easier to get through to us.
The weather always affects our calls, especially at this time of year with lots of leaks and damage caused by the recent storms.
If there is severe weather, and your call is not an emergency, you may prefer to call another day, as we will be extremely busy dealing with the damage caused by the weather.
