Wise reward scheme changes to MyAccount prize draw
Get Wise rewards come to an end
From April there will no longer be a Get Wise scheme. It has now ended and no further payments will be made.
Thank you all those who took part in Get Wise by keeping gas safety check appointments, paying by direct debit and setting up a MyAccount. The focus at Westward is now on providing you with a much better online service.
The Get Wise scheme ran for three years and participating tenants benefitted from a significant amount of financial rewards. It’s now time to look at how we can best use the limited resources we have and focus our efforts on supporting customers with doing things digitally wherever possible. This in turn frees up staff to deal with telephone enquiries from those who are unable to contact us online.
MyAccount Prize Draw
There is now a monthly prize draw for those who are MyAccount holders. The prize is a choice of a £100 Love2Shop gift card OR Westward putting £150 into a credit union savings account for the lucky winner. We will publicise the monthly winners in each edition of Moor to Sea newsletter and on social media, where we have their permission.
As a MyAccount holder you have access to your rent account, the ability to review and change the personal details we hold for you and see the repairs that have been requested for your home...
Our next additions to the portal will be the ability to book a repair more smoothly online, make or change an arrangement to pay and in due course select a convenient repairs appointment slot. More and more great reasons to have a MyAccount if you don’t already.
