Our Get WISE! scheme (starting June) gives you the means to earn up to £60 reward each year as a loyal customer by keeping to four points:
Instant Reward of £10 for:
- keeping to first appointments for gas, electrical or oil safety checks.
Bonus Reward of £50 per year in two installments for:
- No rent arrears or maintaining an arrangement.
- Paying rent by direct debit.
- No breach of tenancy agreement through anti-social behaviour.
You will receive your WISE Love2shop card with your Summer copy of Moor to Sea newsletter. You will need an email address to register and activate the card at https://www.love2shop.co.uk/cards-welcome. If you are having difficulty registering online please call Love2shop on 0344 576 0602. If you don't have an email account contact our Customer Involvement team on 0300 100 1011 and one of our Bee online champions can visit you to get you online.
Your card will be topped up with £10 Instant Reward within one month of you keeping to your first arranged gas/electric or oil appointment and we will notify you when this has been done.
For the Bonus Reward you need to have been meeting the additional three measures for six months to gain each Bonus Reward and we will credit your Get WISE reward card with £25 in Dec 2016 and £25 in May 2017.
