Get WISE!

Please note that this presentation is due to be updated as we now also require a website MyAccount to be set up to meet the criteria and you do not have a card that you need to activate any more. You are automatically enrolled in Get Wise.

Our Get WISE! scheme gives you the means to earn up to £60 reward each year as a loyal customer by keeping to four points:

Instant Reward of £10 for:

  • keeping to first appointments for gas safety checks.

Bonus Reward of £50 per year in two installments for:

  • Using a Westward website myaccount.
  • No rent arrears or maintaining an arrangement.
  • Paying rent by direct debit.
  • No breach of tenancy agreement through anti-social behaviour.

For the Bonus Reward you need to have been meeting the additional three measures.  The £25 payments are made each December and June.

Benefits – Digital Delivery: EVOLVE

  • Customers no longer need a WISE card. The majority expired in March 2018 and will no longer be issued. All future rewards will be issued via a unique code that will be sent by email from Love2Shop that you can redeem online.

So what does this mean for customers? Quite simply, you don’t need a WISE card and  don’t need to activate a WISE account - you just need to sign up to a My Account and then meet the criteria.
